History: Incorporated in September of 2007. Personally assisting clients with mortgage origination since 2002.
Philosophy: Steve initially came from manufacturing of machined parts for 30 years. He was always intrigued by listening to and helping people with their financial goals and questions when he decided to broker mortgages in 2002. Having the urge to "run" his own company once again, Steve started Blue Line Capital Group, Inc. and Blue Line Mortgage. The greatest service he can provide besides "rates," is the fact that he listens to clients' needs before advising them. Steve has done many deals where clients' files go into disarray, but his relentlessness always gets the deal done. This is found to be true as Steve's business is mostly from happy referring clients.
