Baler Education Foundation announces Hall of Fame inductees

The Board of the Baler Education Foundation has announced this year's members of the Baler Hall of Fame.

Individuals are honored who have demonstrated leadership and outstanding effort during their time at San Benito High School, according to the Web site. Inductees have also had a positive and long-lasting impact on the community.

The members for this year are:

  • 1940s: Leonard Frizzi

  • 1950s: Marian Cruz

  • 1960s: Mary Damm

  • 1970s: Stan Breslauer

  • 1980s: Gustavo (Gus) Gomez

  • 1990s: Saul Lucetero


The inductees will be honored May 19 at Ridgemark Golf and Country Club from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets for the buffet luncheon are $45 for adults, which includes 20 raffle tickets and $25 for students and children.
