Police responded to a call of a man selling bootleg movies and CDs on Third Street on Saturday. The man noticed the approaching squad car and fled on foot, leaving his merchandise behind. The majority of the movies being sold are still playing in theaters.

Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m. police responded to a report in the 300 block of West Street that a Gateway computer tower was found sitting on a bench.
Obstructing an officer
A traffic stop on Sunday resulted in the arrest of two people in a vehicle on Monterey Street. A check showed that both men had warrants for their arrest. The passenger was also cited for obstructing an officer and possession of a methamphetamine pipe.
